Considering a career change?

Whether you have spent a few days, months, or years at a job, it is possible that you feel somewhat lost at work, and further fell the pangs for a change. Depending on the length of time you have completed, the reasons for your feelings will be varied.

If you feel out of place in a new job, it’s most likely a question of initial tenterhooks. The most logical solution would be to give yourself more time, take more efforts at understanding the new set-up, new colleagues, the surroundings and the general office ambience  better, and not give in to a career change decision at a weak moment. A few weeks should suffice to help in re-adjusting yourself. If after a few months you still feel inadequate or even unhappy, it is probably time to re-do and float your resume again!
